It was fun to learn cooking tips incorporated with BOH tea from Dato' Fazley Yaakob 😊
.
In conjunction with BOH's 90th anniversary, the tea experts partnered with Dato' Fazley Yaakob to organize a cooking demonstration at SukaSucre showcasing 3 simple dishes :
.
* Ile Flottante
* Herba Ratus Seafood Pasta with Sirih Purut infused Cream
* Teh Tarik Mug Cake with White Chocolate and Jasmine Gren Tea Cream
.
We also get a chance to experience preparing the pasta dish. We all were quite kelam-kabut at first, but thankfully managed to finish the cooking and did not burn down the hall 😉 The whole process was not too difficult, I think I can perfect the taste with few more rounds of cooking practice.

So now there's a new way to enjoy BOH tea, don't just drink it, incorporate it in your everyday cooking as well, and be creative with the recipe to create that extra Ummph!!
